When you are invited to share your information with the Xpektor platform by one of our customers, we act as a data processor and process such information according to their specific instructions and not for our own purposes. This processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement between Xpektor and the respective organization that has purchased our service, in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
